SWA after the DB
 

Got the good news after the July DB. How long till the PD calls with all the information? Getting the type soon and want to make sure I'm doing everything that I need to. The Chief Pilot that called me with the good news said "don't call them, they will call you!" Somebody else told me after the end of the month to give the PD a shout. Anybody know for sure?

same here too. they called last week and i told them i was getting the type and to just fax it in asap. congratulations. going to higher power and you?

I received a call from the PD a couple days after the Chief Pilot out of Chicago called me. That was the same for a buddy of mine as well. They'll call to give you a "ballpark" timeframe for a CSD and to set you up for the p!ss test.

Yeah, PD called the Monday after I got the call from BWI. It was a good sanity check that one of my buds hadn't jackassed me with a *67 phone call pretending to be the BWI CP. I was told not to expect the wizz-quiz until later in the year due to the fact that the test is only valid for 90/120?? days.

I'm going to FTI for the type. Congrats to you guys as well! I keep hearing everybody is getting the PD call but I still have not yet. I'm sure they are extremely busy, just don't wanna get lost in the shuffle. My call from the CPs office was just a couple of days after the DB.

Here's to us all getting in class as soon as possible!!!

When are you going to FTI? It took about 2 weeks from the chief pilot call for the PD to call. I just got off the phone with them and all previous posts are correct. They said possible 2 classes in Sep (not confirmed) none in Oct, Nov, 2 possible in Dec (maybe). Folks that interviewed in the last two months or so without the type will most likely see a class around end of first quarter begining of second quarter.

That's correct. It's about 2 weeks from the time you get "the call" until the PD calls with info on your background check. The pee test is good for 6 months from what I hear. Congrats fellas.
