Delta Interview requires FAA 8060 and I am military? Do I complete these forms?

Delta requests I fill out these forms prior to the interview.

8060-10
8069-10a
8060-11
8060-11a
8060-12

It asks for my previous employer and address so they can get my records. My question is whether this is necessary for a military pilot.

If it is what address should I give them? Something at AFPC or the local MPF, my squadron? I'm unsure of what to do. If you were military and recently interviewed at Delta what did you do?

PRIA stuff? no big deal at all. you dont have to fill one out for previous employer if your only prev employer is the military which means you can just skip over that part of it... i didnt interview at DAL but this is pretty standard i think at all airlines. you would still fill out the forms that pertain to your faa license

Just put your name on each document and label the previous employer as the service branch and sign where it needs to be signed.

They just collect the paper work at the beginning of the day and you don't have to worry about it again.

I'm military and just interviewed at DAL/SWA both just require you to fill out the form with your info and signature. You don't need to put in employer info as there are no records that they are authorized to request from the government. They just want you to approve it with your signature etc...

Did the same thing

I put my unit and a POC. They collected it and I was done. Having them with you is just a "can the person follow directions" exercise, IMHO. But, do have them filled out and with you. And blue ink means blue ink on the driving record form, FWIW.
