Post DALs work rules versus DAL

Could anybody shed some light on the differences in work rules between Continental and Delta? I hear a lot of people talk about how DAL's is better than CAL's but I have never seen actual examples.

Thanks

I think the only work rules we have (CAL) is we get paid for CX's, we get hotels in base if on a pairing and you cancel and have to come back the next day to continue the pairing, we have a trip rig if it has a layover over 20 hours, long call reserve and that is it. Pretty sad but we will see improvement in the next contract.
