Airtran TA...

Someone has the meat andpotatoes to the new TA? Please list specifics on first three year pay, medical, reserve guarantee and pay in training, 401k bennies, travel agreements? It would help tremendously in shedding light on what to expect if considering the tranny. Thanks

I would hope that there would not be a new contract by DEC which i think would be good news.

My motto is: "If it ain't broke, why fix it"... Our current CBA, given, has a lot to improve upon, but our TA ain't just gonna fly. When subject such as scope comes to mind, it can't be tolerated anymore.
