How do you know if companies are looking at your app?

When they call you for an interview......................

PS In all seriousness when you "publish" it, it is availabe for them to view, I just updated all of my stuff and got an offer to interview with Eagle..........so even though its not the airline I want to be viewing my app, it is "availiable" for the HR deptartments to view
