Default Does CAL have a commuter clause?

Does CAL have a commuter clause like NWA's "Call in Honest" or UPS's commuting policy?

Thanks Guys.

Yes we do:

24 hours prior to your show time you have to have two flights that will get you to your base within I think 2 hours of your show time have to have seats on them and the jumpseat counts on CAL flights only, but seats on Express or connection count.
You have to register the city you commute from.
