NWA Force Majure III

What is the status of NWA Force Majure III?

Has NWA ALPA just given up on the issue? NWA ALPA took Force Majure I and II to an arbitrator and lost. What about Force Majure III? We were told before the BK that we (FM III) had the best chance of winning! Are we gonna get our $$$ or not?

Not Sure on FM III

I'm not sure of the status of FM III, but FM II is still in arbitration. They haven't lost it. In fact they think that is the one they really have a shot at winning. They did lose FM I in arbitration.
