Any chance to be a foreign student of ATC?

Hi, everyone
I have been a air traffic controller in China for 4 years ,and I want to get the further study in USA.I hope I can put my dream into practise .Is therer any school recruiting the forerin student of ATC?If they have ,what is the qualification they need?

Just apply to the FAA, either they will hire you or they wont. I am not sure Foreign nationals are eligible though.

According to the FAA website they don't accept applications from non-citizens.
