Virgin America Online Assessment?

I did. Still not seeing where you come up with VX making regional turboprop wages. Not sure how a QX gangster in year 18 making $111/hr has a higher wage than a VX gangster in their 4th year making 120/hr. Lets also point out that the QX gangly ganster making $111/hr is topped out at 18 years. Top pay for VX guys/gals will be at $150/hr. So unless you are looking at some other figures that are out there, I'm calling your statement bogus.

Previsor....
I wouldn't mind working for VX, but it is very irritating when the deciding factor is a test like the Previsor.
Having flown with hundreds, if not thousands of different pilots, I would like to say I have a decent idea on what separates the good from the bad. How on earth did any of us get to the cockpit with out such a test??
Pilots should hire pilots, period. The suit and tie crowd should be nowhere near those interviews, and the fact that they use such a metric, is disappointing.
The logic path behind this method for hiring pilots is retarded.

I have to admit, of all the places I have interviewed over the years, common sense never was at the top of priorities in selecting a pilot. I always thought if a person has 8 type ratings or a college degree he or she has proven quite a bit but what do I know.
