typical new hires I have been flying with from the regionals have 5-6000 total time with 2-3000 PIC.

I had over 7000ttl, 2000pic, 5 lors, three from Delta guys. You could probobly do it with less with better recs.

8600TT, 6700 Part 121 PIC, 3800 Jet PIC, 1 LOR on file from a Delta newbie. I know the only reason I got the interview was because I went to an AIR INC. conf. and hit it off with Arnie. If you can't get the interview go to conference where you can meet face to face. I got the job and am waiting for my class date. Just don't give up.
