Example of a Recommendation...

Hi,

I've searched long and hard on the forum for an example of an airline recommendation, but to no avail.

Does anyone have an example of what a good recommendation should look like, or at least what specific details it should include?

I'm applying for Delta and Continental and would like to give the guys writing me recs some guidance....
