The lunacy continues
Hey USAir crewmembers... remember to verify position upon crossing the border of New Mexico.
Beware of traffic cops flying in RVSM whilst USAir serves its customers booze in within the state borders of New Mexico. http://www.usatoday.com/travel/fligh...-alcohol_N.htm |
Sorry New Mexico, but your esteemed state does not actually own the airspace over it. They can stop the sale while on the ground, but not in the airspace. What a joke!!

Yes....never mind individual responsibility.

It's mind-blowing that those who serve alcohol can be deemed responsible for accidents where it was a factor. When I was working as a bartender, my employer stressed to no end to just cut somebody off if they started to act inebriated because a restaurant in the town had been cited for overserving someone who killed a teenager while driving drunk. Like pilotss said...forget someone having to take responsibility for his/her own actions.
