flowback

I have a question about flowback agreements with regional and legacy. Can anyone give me some info on how exactly the flowback works?

Which legacy has an agreement with which regional(s)?

When a flowback occurs, is the furloughed going down into a captain slot or a first officer slot, at what year pay rate?

Any info is appreciated. Please educate me.

When XJT had a flowthrough with CAL, you went to CAL with seniority by new hire class. The flowback was date of hire, so what ever your original hire date at CAL was carried over to XJT( except for XJT-CAL-XJT ) they kept original hire date from XJT.

Try going to the regional forum and asking the Eagle pilots how theirs worked out... total FUBAR

Also, go check out the profile page here in APC on Compass. They and Northwest are trying to iron theirs out too.

flow-thru works in similar fashion to a toilet. it usually works well in one direction, but makes a mess when the flow reverses direction....
