Are you trying to say that you would take a fellow pilots job that walked to better contract or at least keep some fraction of a life. And worse you would do it to some one flying the same logo as you? Say it isn't So! I would hope that you guys would be willing to sit a few more months or years in that RJ to help the industry...but if not good luck and i hope they keep that dollar menu at Mc D's cause your gonna need it.

Default Opportunist

Thank god Delta has comair to pick up the slack in the event of a mainline strike. A career move for all at Comair.

Spoken like a true opportunist! Don't turn your back on this guy!!!

NWA and Delta need to strike at the same time. That might get someone's attention!

As a NWA guy to the Delta guys........DON'T FAULTER! We started the voting today and I voted ADIOS AMIGO!

But in reality, I don't think it will come down to that. NWA MGT has a history of going to the last second.

Default Delta pilots likely...

Although all of my experience has been in airport mgmt, to go from 130K to 70K is one helluva cut. Ouch!! I support the pilots!!!

Hey Comair Delta JR.

Why don't you start a new thread called "I'll SCAB your Job" Just think, You can be the first one the list.

Look long term.............If the Legacy's Pilot's keep taking pay and benefit cuts. What do you think will eventually happen to the Regionals and LCC's.....................Do you really think your pay and benefits will go up?

I sent your MEC money during your strike a few years ago. Did you cash any Checks from your strike fund?

Look what's gonna happen to the Mesaba guys. ANother 19.4% pay cut. A starting FO, if he takes the health benefit, will bring home around 10,000/yr. Rather work at Walmart or HomeDepot.

Sad...............but certainly the trend. IMHO the Mainline pilots and their Regional counterparts need to get on one seniority list. It will extremely complicated and painful. But one list is a must to stop Mgt from playing one side against the other. Continental did it (well sort of).........If the 75-PAX jet is the future growth of the Domestic system...........Mainline folks should do the flying..............The New Usairways flying the EMB-190 is a start..........so Jet Blue. (JB needs a contract and hopefully a higher wage)
