Congrats and good luck. From everything I've heard it's a pretty laid back experience and they are a great group of folks. Do some searching here and you should be good to go. I have some buds that work there, so let me know if you need some info answered that you can't find on here. Feel free to PM me at any time.

Later,

GNH

No tech, remember this airline wants 'people people', make sure you bring your personality. Sadly, it's more like a FA interview.

"Different than a legacy carrier."

And since you're already rated on the bus, bring your golf clubs to Orlando.

No tech. All TMAAT. Know the company. Know the values (SCIFP). Relax. Enjoy. Incorporate the values into your stories and you will save an additional question after every story you have. Good luck.

You should have specific stories about specific times when you helped contribute to a saftey policy, assisted a junior pilot, resolved a conflict with a co-worker, solved a problem for your company, had to use sound judgment or came up with a quick solution in the cockpit for an emerging crisis. You should have a mental list of about 20 stories in your head availble depending on the question they ask you.

Know the jetBlue core values. Probably need to incorporate them in a couple stories. Also be able to say why you want to work for jetBlue and have a working knowledge of their current events, Beta Blue, Luthansa purchase etc.

Don't wear a blue shirt. They know you are just trying to look like them.

Read "Blue Streak", it has a lot of information about company history. You will probobly be asked about it.
