... and tell me which would be the better decision??

Between CAL, NW, DAL, and JetBlue. All insight is very appreciated.

My crystal ball apparently doesnt work (Im at American Eagle).

The one that will hire you is the BEST..................and you have to go at it with that attitude. A job at the majors is what you make it. They all have their good points and they all have their problems, but the job can be fun anywhere if that's what you want it to be. BTW...........CAL is the best.......

Jetblue

If one of the top three hires you, I'd say take the job. Jetblue is not much better than a regional.

I flew with a furloughed NWA pilot, that went to Net Jets and came back to NWA. He said it wasn't even close, NWA was way better than Net Jets. Seniority means nothing at NJ, and he said that their new contract which is the best they have ever had, is inferior to NWA in almost every way. He laughed when pilots compared the NJ 737 rate to NWA. There are very few 737 pilots and everytime you switch equipment you have to start over at year 1 pay. I am just going on what he said.
