Default AA Jumpseat

AA pilots have been great to me over the years extending the jumpseat courtesy. I need to ride tomorrow, although I just realized that I haven't requested an AA jumpseat since CASS came about.

I work for a CASS airline, do I just show at the AA gate and make the request, or do I need to list (if so can some shoot me the number)?

Thanks!

list using this number: 888-933-5922 and press option 3.

I've also just shown up, and the counter people didn't seem to give a dang. Just don't forget to bring your passport.

My advice? catch the captain before he boards the flight and introduce yourself. I have been left behind in DFW because the agent didn't realize I could sit in the "front." She thought I was just another D3 or D4 who would be rolled over to the next flight. FWIW.

The worst gate agents IMO work at AA.
