Getting the UAL Interview?
 

How are most guys getting the interview at UAL? Are most getting their resume's walked in, recruiting event's, or just by submitting the application?

just submitting the app (for me)

Same for me, just did the online application and I had no internal references. I interviewed on the 3th and got the call last friday. Good luck.

Congrats! When is (was) your class date?

March 3rd, I'm pretty excited.

It took about three months of having the application in the system and finally popped when I got an internal rec with someone I had flown with at United.

How much time did you all have when finally getting the call from United.

About 7,200 TT at the time

Never Failed ANYTHING.

RESULT:
Call back in two years... LOL

No biggie off to Delta I go :)

Tough break. I still don't have 1000 tubine pic and I was hired at UAL 10 years ago!!!! :) Good luck at DAL.

Thanks man...UAL was me "dream" airline (grew up in SFO bay area). Oh well no biggie. I'm really happy to be at Delta (what a great group of people!!). Really hope all this merger stuff works out for the best. FOR ALL OF US.

Shotguns is a tradition though.........gotta check it out - it has been years since I have been there.

Shotgun's......ah, the memories!

When I was hired about 5 of us went out. Hotel van took us down there, and apparently we spent enough money that the Shotguns limo took us back to the hotel. We had just won the lottery and money was flying all over the place. Too bad Tilton & co. decided to take my lottery winnings.
