Default Logging 121 time

Just curious......I am currently flying for a regional with hopes of getting hired by a major. My qusetions is: when you enter your block time in your logbook, do you round up/down to the nearest tenth? Example.....1.58 hrs (round to and log as 1.6 hrs).

I just want to make sure that my logbook will pass muster during the interview.

Thanks!

Pretty sure logging 121 time in your logbook is the same as logging any other flight time, whether it be 91, 135 etc etc. Calculate it off the "block out" to "block in" time.

e.g

0:00 - 0:05mins would equate to 0.0 in your logbook
0:06 - 0:11mins would equate to 0.1 in your logbook
0:12 - 0:17mins " 0.2 "
0:18 - 0:23mins " 0.3 "
0:24 - 0:29mins " 0.4 "
0:30 - 0:35mins " 0.5 "
0:36 - 0:41mins " 0.6 "
0:42 - 0:47mins " 0:7 "
0:48 - 0:53mins " 0.8 "
0:54 - 0:59mins " 0.9 "
1:00 - 1:05mins " 1.0 "

At least this is how I understand it.........

I'm sure someone else will chime in

FlyingKiwi is spot on IMO. That's how I do it as well. Better to round down then up.
