No LOR's, not a check airman, 6200 TT, 1800 jet PIC (at a regional), been flying a caravan the last 6 months.

Well still haven't heard anything but also haven't recieved a email either so I am still positive. I interviewed early last week. In response to the getting calls. I had no LOR's when I got the first email. However in the interview I brought in three internal LOR's and three external. I also was a check airman (P135) for my last company. I was also chief pilot of an operation for 2+ years. 5500TT 2050 PIC Jet 4300 total jet.

Are LORs required at the interview?
