Just about everyone who chose to be a pilot loves flying. You hear it all the time from the young ERU 200 hour wonders, "Heck, I'd do this job for free, I love flying so much".

Well, after 20 some odd years of flying heavy metal, "love" doesn't pay the bills. And having your DB retirement stripped away and your pay cut 50% makes you wonder what the heck you were thinking back then "choosing" to get involved in this crazy business.

Anyone wanna bet on how much Dougy Steal'in and his cronies will want at NWA. Dougy already will get approximately $58,000 A MONTH when he leaves NWA:eek:

I am sure he will get a healthy bonus after all this, since his leadership did in fact lower operating cost at the airline. ;)
