Southwest ID 90s

Could someone please give me the lowdown on how to get an ID90 on SWA. My wife and I will be using them as a backup method (maybe primary) of getting home from a trip we're taking very soon.

Thanks!

Go thru your airline's pass bureau.

When I used them they worked out well. You can purchase them at YOUR airline's ticket counter and then walk over or phone SWA to make the reservation. The ID 90 (ZED) is a paper ticket that you will need to have with you when you travel. They were pretty cheap compared to paying full price, but again it is standby but you can get a good idea of the loads buy calling the non-rev line, they were always very helpful.

Do you have the non-rev line number?

No, I don't anymore, but I am sure that someone on here will post it soon, or IM HuronIP, he will have it

I believe that SWA just went to a ZED fare basis. They used to charge per leg, I think it's cheaper now. An experienced ticket counter agent would be able to help you .
