Ill will at AMR ?

Even the AMR CEO Has Quit Flying AA!
APA Communications Committee: This report originated from members of our DCA domicile (keep those Observer Reports coming!). Apparently, last week, AMR CEO Gerard Arpey flew to San Juan to feel out prospects for further employee concessions and announce dramatic reductions in SJU flight operations.

To add insult to injury, Arpey reportedly flew from DFW to SJU and back in a private jet, versus enjoying the comfort and reliability of one of our three daily non-stops. To commemorate our CEO's vote of "no confidence" in AA's operation, we created the…

TOP 10 REASONS AMR CEO ARPEY WON'T FLY ON AA!

10. He refuses to fly on an airline that no longer offers peanuts.

9. Fearful he would be ejected in-flight by an angry mob of inconvenienced passengers.

8. Fearful he would be ejected in-flight by an angry mob of betrayed employees.

7. Fearful he would be ejected in-flight because his shoddy maintenance program results in a gaping fuselage hole.

6. Unlike any other passenger on American, he needs to arrive on time.

5. He refuses to pay the $15 bag fee.

4. On a private jet, he doesn't have to bring a "food taster."

3. AA employees have placed him on the "no fly" list.

2. He's implementing a new marketing logo: AA, Service SO Bad, the CEO Won't Fly with Us!

1. He isn't worth the fuel it would cost to fly him there.

Hahaha...so who is the first airline to offer 120v outlets for every seat so you can nuke the $10 bean and cheese burrito you just bought from your flight attendant in a paper hat?

I'm buying stock in Hudson News when the Traveler Friendly microwave is introduced.:D
