Default Commuter Parking in PHL?

Hello fellow commuters:

I was wondering what all you people who commute FROM Philadelphia do for parking at PHL. I have been using FastTrack, but that is $6 a day even with my AAA discount. I checked at a few of the other parking places and some of them were as much as $14 a day. Any tips on cheap parking (monthly or otherwise) would be much appreciated.

That's the cheapest I've found up there, most run around $8 - $9.

You used to be able to buy an employee parking pass for $300/ for 6 months, but I've been told you can't do that anymore. If you have any friends that are USAir or AWAC pilots' and don't use their pass, you may be able to "borrow" one from them.

The employee lot just doubled in size, so they may now be selling passes for it, stop in the communications center between B and C and ask.

Preflight ps located next to the hilton hotel just stop over there go to the office and ask for a monthly pass and you will get an express pass and you will get charge monthly on what ever credit card you charge it to.

I have been using it for two years so far and I know some tsa and nw guys are using it.

Good luck

What about using the R1 train? It stops at all the gates. Find parking cheaper at a train stop and then ride the SEPTA.
