Default Part 135 to Major Airline Pilot?

When applying for a major job, will they care if I got my 1000 PIC turbine at a part 135 operator? I won't have any 121 experience, but I will have my time in King Air 90s and BeechJets. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It is not uncommon, but some do state a preference for 121 experience. The turbine PIC should be more important than where you got it. Also, some airline want turbine time in airplanes >20,000#

In general if you are competing against any 121 guys the airlines would prefer them unless your dad is best friends with the chief pilot that is. Not only do 121 guys already know the routine but I have heard that some airlines have the impression that 135 guys cant handle 7 hour 5 leg days.
