It's the Int'l portion of the 7ER OE. They do a domestic and then based on a buddy in the Mar 7 class, they sit around collecting reserve guarantee waiting for the backlog to clear - they come off training pay supposedly after the Domestic OE.

Well a buddy of mine who went to class for the ER and was just a domestic transition just got his first TOE. He went to school in early May.
