Any DAL/NWA guys out there with a copy of the "new" contract? I'm looking for a copy or a gouge sheet with:

Scope
Thanks,

Pay is a bump of 5, 4, 4, 4 on the APC rates. On Jan 1, 2009 and all the way to 2012.
Our international override went to C2K rates. really not much I think 4 dollars an hr for an FO and 6 for a CA in a few years. (Correct me if I am wrong this is off the top of my head)
Add 2% to the 415 DC plan.1% in 2011 and 1% in 2012.
Nothing has changed in scheduling except reserves can only be used for six short call periods a month versus the eight now.
Green slips are now 200% pay above ALV or 75 hrs whichever is less. Used to be 150% pay above 82 hrs.
Scope is a Max of 255 70 and 76 seat jets.
It is basically the same PWA DAL has had with a few tweaks.

I think if you had framed that "telling" with a backdrop of $110-140/bbl oil, a crappy economy, and numerous liquidations and BK at other carriers, they may not have told you we were crazy--perhaps just prudent. Doesn't mean that I'm happy with it--I just don't demonize the group for voting they way we did. (I voted for the contract, BTW).

There have been no bankruptcy filings at major airlines and no major airlines have gone out of business. Most who wanted a better contract understood the environment we work in. They simply wanted a upside if things change and the company does well. This contract has no upside, only a slow decrease in pay as inflation eats away at all of us. In 2015 if we get a new contract by then our earning power will be well below what it was in 2005 with the 1113 contract. Who would have thought that!!!!
