I guess you opted for the company-funded lobotomy when you got hired (if you actually work there).
If you really work at VA, you probably realize you are employed at the whim of Sir Richard, and nothing more. Once he tires of losing money hand-over-fist in the US (like he has since the word "go"), you will find yourself in a somewhat less cocky position, I'm afraid.
