So basically, ALL we gotta do is get in good with journalist, have him change the date on an article about an airline that's been in CH. 11, and voila! We'll all be rich!!!!!!

Who says you can't make money in aviation.

I don't know where the media got the $.01 thing. It NEVER actually traded there. Perhaps a quote flashed there and that's what is showing on some feeds, but looking at the chart of UAUA itself, the absolute lowest that actually ticked/traded was exactly $3.00 at exactly 10:00 central time.

Still, it opened at 8:30am at $12.17!

I signed on to Skynet this morning after I heard, and it did have it at $0.01 on the homepage.

After I posted my confusion, a new story came out that a trade did occur on the CBOE for $.01 but that trade was busted. The $3.00 was the low of the 'traditionally' traded UAUA stock

A single trade for one penny on the CBOE Stock Exchange was later reversed. Nasdaq said the trades made during the 13 minutes when the shares were falling in earnest would stand, and that the decision could not be appealed.

Has Skynet become self-aware yet?
