There were reportedly some A330 Check Airman making close to $400,000. The pay actually topped out after 9-11. Our contract had parity plus 1% which was reviewed in May, 2002 and included Delta's new pay rates so we received a 17% raise. Nobody thought it would last, but it was a nice parting gift. I don't have the specfic numbers, but a 6th year 737 F.O. was at $131/hr. and narrowbody Captains topped out around $200.00/hr. Widebody must have been around $275/hr.
