Grammar, eh!
Comma stays inside the quotation marks.
Besides, if you read/experience our Chief Pilot’s English, you will cry. I cringe every time I read a memo.
B1900YX will do just fine with any major or regional!
P.S. Your own English could use some help though. Which one of these you think is correct?
Your position says “DeltaPaySoon,” but your grammar and spelling might bother someone who could provide such a favor.

A quick Google search shows that the comma can go either inside or outside of quotation marks, depending on British vs. American English, among other factors. My point is that he is asking for a favor from "future apa brothers" and has Delta listed as his desired airline on his position. His use of lower-case letters beginning each sentence and lack of double-spacing just looks bad. I'm sure he's a nice enough guy and I wish him well.
