Accommodations Plus International?

The airline I work for recently announced they had contracted the selection of crew hotels to Accommodations Plus International in an effort to "save money". Just curious if anyone else at other airlines has had experience with them? Wondering if we are going to be moving to the Roach Coach Motel for our layovers!

We use them, no complaints that I know of. They do publish a nice list of the hotels that we use with the associated benefits, discounts, picture tours, leisure rates, etc. You can also book the hotel for leisure through their system at the leisure rate which is usually significantly less then expedia.com, etc. They do respond to complaints as well. The company pays the hotel bill so if you're posting in the Majors section you shouldn't have anything to worry about, right? :)

Most airlines use third party firms to manage their hotel contracts. I have seen a few of the perks go down, like meal discounts etc. Over all it is fairly transparent.

Thank you for the information. I was worried when the company said they were "saving money" what kind sacrifices we were going to make.
