Off a side note...why is your pointer on the tail pointing to the Northeast....are you not Northwest???? Points to the NW on the other side.

I've worked 3 airlines, 1 fractional and 2 135, Northwest being the worst... Anything in another direction is better.

With a track record like that it's hard to believe that it's the companies that are the problem.

Where is Delta's Gecko advertisement -

"But the good news is... I just switched to Mesa and saved a pile on regional feed!"

I'll always like the old N that morphed into a W better. Oh well, marketing.

Nay, Nay, sir. That's an N with an arrow pointing northwest. Please make a note of it.

PS Girlfriend and I actually argued over this over the course of a week, once. Ahhh, better times...when you had nothing more to worry about than sh!t like this, and pulling gear on the 727 paid $120/hr after 3 years.

Hey Nu,

Didn't we discuss this once? Here or the bar in NRT? I'm old and can't remember :D.

Agree, my best years were 757FO pre "safe harbor"........oh well, it's the only trade they taught me

DAL had the money coming in and had to spend in on expensive fuel - did you have 100,000 of income last year?

I think his/her point is that DAL F'd it up again. They DID NOT have to spend it on expensive fuel. They blew the fuel hedge (how many times now?) again.

I am convinced now that the DAL fuel hedge think tank is comprised of the same people who try and figure out what the new toy should be in a happy meal.
