Default question on traveling to NAS

Just wondering if anyone knows how much or if they charge taxes to fly into or out of NAS? and if so around how much? Is it hard to jumpseat on JB or Spirit since its international??

Any tips on where to stay hotel or hostels?? just going for 2 days thanks

It is 12.40 cents per person for departure and arrival, totaling 24.80. The Nassau palm hotel is around 112 a night and in downtown Nassau. Be careful walking around late at night in Nassau. That warning does not apply to paradise island. I can not speak for JB (I am sure they are great), but Spirit is used to international jumpseaters in FLL. Dont check a bag or else they will charge you as they charge all non revs.

Travel well,

T.

I jumped down on Delta, that cost nothing. When I returned, the agent at the ticket counter hit me up for a 61 dollar tax. I just figured it was an international tax. If anyone has any luck on NW, or Us Airways and got out of there not paying much, please let us know.
