ALL PILOTS IN FULL UNIFORM INCLUDING HATS.
WHAT:
This is a Federal District Court Case (suit) alleging Spirit Airlines failed to bargain in good faith, follow the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, and honor the existing contract with its pilots. This is not an Arbitration or Grievance under the Railway Labor Act. This is a civil suit in Federal Court.
WHEN:
Next Week Wednesday, June 3rd. at 2:00 P.M.
