The primary question still remains, is JetBlue making money?

Yes! But I fail to see how profitability has anything to do with getting an award for great customer service. I've been on their flights about 10 times this year and every single time their service was outstanding, so they truly deserve it as far as I'm concerned.

The airline is making money and winning awards. Great!

As this is an APC forum, the next question must be:

Are the pilots making money?

All things considered I think they are doing well with the rate increase.
