PASSRIDER.com

Just tried to go to passrider.com and my computer says the site is infected and contains "malware". A malicious virus that will infect your computer. Anybody else get this message?

I've never had a problem in the past.

EDIT: I just ran my McAve Site Advisor on it and there were no negative hits. That said, since I have it installed, I'm may be just protected from whatever you are experiencing.

I get that every once in awhile, but I use a Mac, so I'm not so worried...

You can also use eskyguide.com

Doesn't include SWA or AirTran but still pretty good, if you're worried about malware.

Captain Jeff 08-11-2009 05:35 PM

Since when? Mine still shows AF and WN.....

I get that message too.

Try flightstats.com. It's much better than passrider. Make sure you hide code share flights after you do a search...The only down side to this site is it only show yesterday, today, and tomorrow's flights

Awhile back when I compared trips using the two of them they weren't listed. I stand corrected. Thanks.

I recommend SeatCounter - The Booking Class Availability Machine which actually gives a general idea of the loads... not guaranteed but I haven't had any problems before.

I have a MAC iBook G4. When I got online this morning, I had messages to download new stuff that included a security update. After completing that and shutting/restarting, Passrider.com worked great!!

Thanks for all you support AND suggestions for other websites.
Ops normal. :)

Hi guys. I run the site and we've had some weirdos hacking the site from time to time. People really have nothing better to do with their time. We think we have it licked now though. Our apolgies. The last straw is to change the Hosting provider, but will see. Glad you guys find the site useful.

Kingjay 08-19-2009 01:15 PM

Hey passrider, thanks for the service. I use your website every week to get back and forth to work.

Hey Passrider,

Add my thanks for the service.

Suggestions:
- A search option that allows you to specify an arrival time. I.E. depart AM and arrive NLT XXXX.
- Also maybe a selection for high density areas LA/NYC/Chicago/London etc. I.E. destination NYC instead of specifying JFK, then LGA, then EWR so it includes all 3 airports and organizes them by times.

Thanks again!
Philly
