I didn't think anyone over 30 even watched that fine, fine journalist.
(that would include me).
That show stopped being funny after the 1 trick pony got rolled out every night for 8 years (and counting) in a row.

I am a 41 year old Jon Stewart fan and once again, he's right on the money!
(.....and no, he never claimed to be a journalist. As a matter of fact (although it's obvious) he denies that he is a journalist and calls himself a comedian. However, he makes a good journalist compared to many out there...especially compared to the Fox News comedians that are really trying to be journalists!)

I like Jon Stewart. He is very quick witted and does great interviews. Should someone get their news from the Daily Show? No. But some do. Most REP's complain that it is too too liberal of a show. No argument there. But I believe he does occasionally stick it to the LIB's.
Some complain that youngsters seem to get their impressions and their daily take on the news through this show. The criticism is that the sarcasm must be contextualized.
Look at how children learn all languages. Through the use of context.
Whatever, I think Jon is funny. I like Sully. Many of the guys I fly with have said really bad things about him. Like he was gonna lose his house, so he decided to crash into the river to get a book deal. I just raise my eyebrows and say "Wow,
do tell me more!"
