CAL Reserve Life

I want all the dirty details!

Days off: Long call or short call, is it the same # of days off?
Is there an extra day off on a 31 day mo.?

Pay: I know the rates, but on reserve do you break guarantee?

Avg. Crashpad Rates

Is it easy to get around EWR Airport to report?
How long to report for short call?
 Is there ready reserve?

Thanks for your help!

I hope this does not turn into another CIV. vs. MIL.?

All reserve lines have 12 days off either short or long call.
Long call pays 72 hours and short call pays 76, you will get to at least 76 on long call because you are the first to be used.
Long call 9 hours to push and short 3hours to push.
All bid months are 30 day bid months.
Alot of crashpads in EWR and IAH, range from 150-250 month.
5 to 6 months on reserve for both IAH and EWR on the 737
No ready reserve

hope this helps
