That would be great. RA stated that the only merger that made sense was Hawaiian. I guess if they merge with AS we will get all of benefits of a merger without the price......
|
Benefits like ALK flying LA to Hawaii on Delta code?
|
I love the smell of merger rumors in the morning.
It smells like . . .. BullXXXX. :) |
So who is buying who?
Be careful, don't be a PUMP AND DUMP guy as the SEC will go after you or anyone else. |
Let's see. Since I've been here:
AA was buying ALK. CAL was buying ALK. ALK was buying Reno Air. AA was buying ALK. And in just the last year: DAL was buying ALK. ALK was buying AAI. SWA was buying ALK. And now: ALK is merging with HAL. Whatever. |
AAG is all about the simplified fleet (QX Q400, AS 737). Add HAL on there with 717, 767 going away, 330, 350 coming. Doesn't sound like AAG to me. Although, they do really want a 100 seat jet and I would prefer it be a major than RAH or even QX get it. Now if HAL just had either the 330 or 350 coming that seems that it would be a better blend with AAG. I like this better than all the other options for the error group. More importantly, college basketball is on all day. Everyone needs to see QX new 'sinus infection" colored airplane, as a friend puts it.
