Can anyone shed some light on the pay and benefits?

Thanks!
It might be in another thread somewhere, but someone mention that it's a daily rate with a guarantee of a certain amount of days per month. Something like $230 per day with a 14 day guarantee if I remember correctly. I have no idea about benefits. It is hard to find a lot of info but every seems content with the place.

400/day captains, 225/FOs. Health Benis...not sure how good or bad. Work 14-18 days a month.

Did any of you guys get invited WITHOUT an internal ref?

See everyone there on the 11th!

Anyone of you guys want to share your interview experience?

Broham 05-14-2011 06:56 AM

Read the gouge for JetBlue and you will be ready. Great experience, good people.

I second Broham's comments, no technical, they want to get to know you and see if you'd be a good fit there.

I ran across one of their Phenom 100s in KDAL yesterday but missed out on seeing the crew. That was the first time that I had seen one of their aircraft on the road. I guess I haven't been flying in their primary service areas before. If I get the chance to talk to one of the crews, I'll pass on what I learn here.
