Default YYZ-MSP Jumpseat Tax on NWA

I was charged US$32.79 the other day jumpseating out of YYZ to MSP on NWA.

My family memeber paid lot less traveling as non-rev...which I could've done too...am I missing something? Any insight is appreciated.

Isn't that the Toronto mandatory airport improvement fee? $25 I thought for departing from Canada, $8 to enter?

Did they non-rev on NWA and are they Delta or NWA employees? If so, more taxes will be taken out of the employee paycheck, unless it was a buddy pass. (Buddy pass pays when the listing is made).

Here's what the taxes are shown as:

XY - Immigration User Fee 7.00
XA - APHIS User Fee - Passengers 5.00
US - Transportation Tax (International) - Arrival/Departure 3.10
SQ - Airport Improvement Fee (AIF), Intl. 23.47
