What Flight Bag is the Best?
#13
I've had my Scott bag for well over 15 years. It's been back twice. Once for an upgrade, and once for a repair. The original "floor" of the bag broke into pieces and allowed the feet and stitching to come loose. They replaced the "floor" and redid/replaced everything else for a very nominal fee. It also went back recently when one of the handles broke while I was slinging the bag up onto the belt at LAX. They replaced both handles and had the bag back to me very quickly. Again, the cost was very reasonable.

Unlike some other folks on this thread that has apparently tried all of the bags available and are able to determine which is the "best" one , I haven't tried all of the bags so I cannot tell you if it is the best one or not. However, I strongly recommend this one. It is constructed very well and is very durable. It is also much lower in cost than Scott, et al, even with shipping from India.

A number of airlines are going to ship set pubs, which means there are going to be lots of dudes/dude-ettes getting rid of theirs. Mine is a Korchmar, less than 2 years old, and I won't need it in a few months. Might want to keep an eye on Ebay...
