Air Tran Jumpseat question?
Anyone have the phone # to the Air Tran jumpseat desk?
Also does anyone know if a pilot not employed by Air Tran is allowed to jumpseat from ATL-CUN and back? I know there probably is a fee for international jumpseating...I think Mexico charges a fee when you leave their country. Thanks Astroglider |
I dont think there is a jumpseat number. Call 800-airtran. If it is not her job I am sure she will tell you.

we do not have a jump seat #. also like most others you can not be in the pit on international flights. i.e. there must be a open seat in the cabin.
a note to all jumpseaters. we are having some real issues with gate agents not wanting to list jump seaters at the gate. If this happens to you please inform the crew when you see them. We need the info for our union to fix this. If this has happened to you already please give me the date time and flight number here and i will pass it along. thanks |
MEX Departure Fee
I've non-reved to Cabo a few times and the departure fee was something in the neighborhood of $50.00/person.

Thanks...I appreciate the info.

I can say i've been on the AirTran jumpseat multiple times from ATL-EWR and back and you guys/gals are certainly a class act and i'm sad that you've pulled out of EWR.

Kudos to AirTran
