I may not understand Republics IBT history correctly, but aren't your problems tied to screwing over the US Airways pilots in "jets for jobs".

And yes, we are on the same team. We need to stop this senseless name calling and pointing fingers at each other. We will be sharing cockpits one day. We will be in a fight, together, against management for the next few years trying to hammer out a contract.

Yes, Chautauqua has been around for many years, but Republic Airways and the combined pilot group has not. All the Chautauqua contracts were standard regional pilot stepping stone contracts written on toilet paper. Pilots were more interested in fast upgrades and being hired at a mainline airline than fighting for a good pilot contract at a regional airline. Most were like that, not just Chautauqua. The old Air Wisconsin was an exception.
Ever since RAH was born, things have been changing quickly. More pilots are thinking of it as a career airline. Since many of the mainlines have fallen on hard times and have seen their contracts eroded by deep concessions, more Republic pilots are reluctant to leave a stable airline with good pay potential for something less stable.

No. I never screwed over any US Airways pilots. If you want to talk about pilots being screwed over by pilots, feel free to start a thread about US Airways and their America West brothers.

I do not have any integration information, so I do not know of what you speak of. If you have info, please share. As far as I know, they are meeting the arbitrator this past week and next week. That is all the info I have.

Just rumors... nothing in writing.

While I agree with you statements in principle, please stop saying it. Have you ever considered it is much more pleasant for a Republic pilot to say he is now Midwest or Frontier than a Midwest or Frontier pilot to say they are now part of Republic.

Go Team!!
I have read the F9 CBA regarding scope. I am sure you are aware that your CBA has provisions in it that allow for "others" to fly for F9. Trust me, there are a lot of things I want to see from the F9 CBA in the final contract as we combine contracts, but the section regarding scope needs to go.
As for the code share between F9 and RAH to use Airbus in MKE and 190s in DEN, that is a way to get around scope, but they use it to better utilize aircraft. And before you call me a kool-aid drinker, you can't deny that putting a Airbus on Florida routes out of MKE makes sense. We are all on the same team, so it is not really the same as one group taking jobs from another.

I feel a lot better now! Thanks
