Come on boys and girls...play nice this time. I'll start.

Looks like we're headed to SLI mediation, huh??? First meeting third week of Feb.

What do you think will come of it?

What do I think will come of it? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

I agree with Rat, for once. This bad boy is heading toward arbitration, as this is the natural order of things. Just as the sun sets in the west, the sky is blue and water is wet.

I agree. So does everyone on the planet. So why not accelerate the integration timeline?

So true. I guess some lawyer made up this timetable we are required to follow, thus allowing lawyers to bill more time. I should have been a lawyer.

In my opinion, the moderator was a little quick to shut down the last thread. There was good debate, good posts, and good entertainment. We can filter or ignore what we don't like. I have seen much, much worse. Oh, the power of the moderator!!

Hey, I think we all agree on something. This is going to an arbitrator. So here's a summary of everyones position...

Republic... We are the successor and should be at the top of the seniority list.

Frontier... The big airplanes are ours, keep your hands off.

Midwest... They locked us out, they locked us out.

Lynx... Don't forget about us.

Good luck to Frontier, Lynx, and the few good men at Republic.

Or forget about us and sell us to someone who will care.
