PHL Crashpad Wanted / Downtown / Train

I'm trying to find a really cool PHL crashpad. I would really like one in the downtown area near the train. I don't know much about PHL, so if that doesn't make sense, then I'm sure I'll get corrected here.

I know there are lots of crashpads in the Essington/Chester area on the 37 bus, but I'd rather be downtown on the train line.

The downtown pads do exist, because I've heard from people over the years about them. At the time I was based elsewhere and it didn't stick with me.

A search of these forums did result in some hits for PHL crashpads, but most were from posts 1-3 years old -- I'd rather not bug someone's cellphone about it unless it's confirmed current. So, that's the reason for the new post.

My status:
39 year old male pilot for major/legacy airline.
Starting in April, I'm commuting from South Florida to 1-day trips, about 9 of them per month, in groups of 3, coming up the night before and staying at the pad in between the 1-days, commuting home the day of the last trip.

I'm not on reserve and won't "hang around" any crashpad any more than absolutely necessary.

My budget can be as much as the $400ish area if the place is cool.

I've found that if you shop around, you can find some really good situations.
I've had them in PIT, LGA, BWI, DCA, and CLT. But they take time and effort to seek out!

Thanks for any info!
