CAL international j/s

Hello all, does anyone know if CAL will take a (cabin) j/s on an international flight and is there a specific procedure to follow (i.e. listing, pay the taxes, etc.). I am considering MXP-EWR to be more specific. Thank you in advance.

If you work for a US carrier, check with your jumpseat committee/contacts. They'll have the info you're after.
