USA vs AMR Corp?

United States` List of Witnesses : U.S. v. AMR Corporation, American Airlines, Inc., and AMR Eagle Holding Corporation

It is dated January 2001 and had ALOT of witnesses from all over the industry. Does anyone know what this is about? I am very curious.
