Just read this thread on "Former Midwest" pilots hired in the Republic training department.

These are stand up guys... first class!

Midwest pilots are not going to try and get anyone fired. It's not our style.

Our beef is with the IBT culture and corruption breeding in your leadership. You can expect Midwest pilots to try to strengthen Republics Pilot Union.

The feedback I have heard is that these two gentlemen have been nothing but professional. I don't think these guys are going to be an issue.

It only makes sense for them to take a job there...they are going to be somewhere on the RAH list eventually anyway.
